Segundo anuncio dos Gorath, o baterista K. Deleener saiu do grupo.As razões da sua saída ainda não foram anunciadas, mas o colectivo já encontrou um substituto para Deleener: B.Vanderheyden (Ill Fares the Land e Storm Upon the Masses).
O colectivo irá lançar no início de 2010 o seu novo álbum "MXCII", através da Twilight Vertrieb.
